Turned portrait (18″ wide × 24″ tall), one sheet makes 8.

4mm is the standard yard sign: light, low cost and fluted to take wire step stakes. 10mm is more than twice as thick and stiffer, so larger signs flex less in wind. Contour cutting is 4mm only.

Choose double-sided when the sign faces traffic from two directions, such as a corner lot or a sign set perpendicular to the road. Single-sided is enough for a sign mounted flat against a fence, wall or window.

Stakes are an add-on, one per sign. Standard wire step stakes suit small to medium signs; heavy-duty step stakes add stability for larger or double-sided signs. The stake slides into the flutes along the bottom edge.

Sheet rates are per full 4 × 8 ft sheet, before shipping and options; the rate drops as the number of sheets on one order line grows. The quantity discount then comes off the order: 5% off 10 or more of the same design, rising to up to 35% off 1,000 or more; larger orders save more, counting every sign on the sheets. The price per sign is one full sheet at 24 × 18 in with its discount. 4mm is fluted to take wire step stakes. For a sign that has to stand for several years, aluminum or ACM is the longer-life choice.

A full 4 × 8 ft sheet makes 10 standard 24 × 18 in yard signs, or 8 in portrait at 18 × 24 in. Smaller signs fit more, such as 20 at 12 × 18 in and 32 at 12 × 12 in; larger ones fit fewer, such as 5 at 24 × 36 in. You pay by the whole sheet.
