How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is free! The number one reason customers abandon online purchases is surprise shipping costs. While some completely custom orders may require the occasional added expense, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis with our design team, our standard products will always ship free.
When Should I Expect My Product(s)?
All items submitted will ship out within 3-5 business days from time of submittal, including proof approval.
*Please note, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays such as natural disasters, damage during handling, or other transporter delays
All products will be shipped directly to you regardless of your location. No online orders will be available for pick-up from our brick-and-mortar store for any reason.
Can I Return My Product(s)?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this custom-build platform, we cannot accept returns. Every project is made to your specifications, in cases where a designer was involved, with a required proof approval as well. All sales are final
Can I Get a Refund?
There are a few circumstances where we may be able to assist you with a refund. If your product is damaged upon delivery, by no fault of yours or our own, we will file a claim with the carrier to help assist you and work towards a resolution to getting you a refund or an expedited reorder.
