These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brand9signs.com (the "Site") and any quote, project, or service Brand 9 Signs ("Brand 9," "we," "us," or "our") provides. By using the Site or engaging Brand 9 for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

About Brand 9 Signs

Brand 9 Signs is a family-owned signage design, fabrication, and installation company headquartered at 1970 Solomon St., Orange Park, FL 32073, serving clients across Florida since 1986.

Website Use

The content on this Site — including text, images, renderings, and portfolio photography — is provided for general informational purposes about Brand 9's services. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose Brand 9's project photography, renderings, or written content for commercial use without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, submitting fraudulent or abusive information through our contact forms, or attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

Quotes & Estimates

Pricing shared through the Site, by phone, or by email is an estimate only, subject to change following a full project review, site visit, and final scope of work. A formal, signed proposal supersedes any prior verbal or written estimate.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a signed project proposal, standard payment terms on sign projects are 50% deposit due on signed approval, with the remaining 50% balance due at time of installation. Custom fabrication work begins only after the deposit is received. Late payment may delay a project's production or installation schedule.

Project Scope & Changes

Each project is governed by its own signed proposal or contract, which controls over these general Terms where the two conflict. Changes to an approved scope, design, or materials after signed approval may affect price and timeline and will be documented in writing before work proceeds.

Design Ownership

Concept designs and renderings remain the property of Brand 9 Signs until the associated invoice is paid in full. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved design for its intended installed purpose. Brand 9 retains the right to photograph completed installations and use them in its own portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Permits & Code Compliance

Where permitting is part of a project's scope, Brand 9 will pursue required approvals in good faith, but permit issuance and timing are ultimately controlled by the relevant local jurisdiction and are outside Brand 9's control.

Limitation of Liability

Brand 9 Signs provides its services and this Site "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand 9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from a signage project, beyond the amount actually paid for the specific project or service at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Warranty

Workmanship and material warranties, where offered, are specified in the individual project's signed proposal or contract. No warranty is implied by this Site beyond what is stated in a signed agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a Brand 9 project will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clay County, Florida, unless a signed project contract specifies otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
