!Luxury hospitality and resort signage by Brand 9 Signs
Brand 9 Signs designs, fabricates, and installs complete signage programs for luxury hotels, resorts, and boutique properties across Florida, the Caribbean and Aruba — from the monument sign at the entrance to the plaque on a guest-room door. For 40 years we’ve handled the whole program under one roof: exterior and monument signage, guest wayfinding, ADA-compliant room signage, in-room and amenity signage, and environmental graphics — all built to a property’s brand standard.
A full property program usually covers six connected systems: exterior identity and monument signage at the entrance and drive; wayfinding and directional signage that moves guests from arrival to room to amenity; ADA-compliant room-number and restroom signage; amenity identification for pool, spa, fitness, and dining; in-room and guest-experience signage such as device and climate-control instructions, welcome and amenity cards, and door plaques; and environmental graphics that carry the brand through lobbies, corridors, and shared spaces. We design them as one coherent system so a guest never has to think about how to get where they’re going.
We serve full-service and boutique hotels, beach and golf resorts, and the asset managers, general managers, and design firms who specify signage on their behalf. Because we design, build, and install in-house, a single point of contact carries a project from concept through the last sign hung — which matters most on fast-moving renovations and new-property openings.
Three reasons come up again and again: one accountable team for design, fabrication, and installation, so nothing falls between vendors; brand-standard programs, meaning once a property’s signage standard is set, reorders and new phases match exactly and turn around fast; and a 40-year fabrication reputation serving property-management, marketing, and hospitality clients. We’re based in Orange Park and have completed projects in about 25 states and in countries as far away as Japan.
What signage does a hotel or resort need? At minimum: exterior identity and entrance signage, a wayfinding and directional system, ADA-compliant room and restroom signage, amenity identification, and in-room signage. Larger resorts add environmental graphics and event wayfinding.
How much does a hospitality signage program cost? A focused wayfinding package typically runs $5,000–$25,000; a full-property program $50,000–$150,000; and a flagship or multi-tower resort program $150,000 and up. In-room signage kits start lower. Cost depends on property size, sign count, and materials.
Can you match our brand standards? Yes. We build to your brand guidelines and set a repeatable standard so future reorders and new phases stay consistent.
