How to order from Brand 9 Signs
There are two ways to work with Brand 9. Order smaller signs online: design them in Vector Studio, see the price as you build, and we ship them to you. Or book a site walk for signs we design, fabricate and install, from a single monument to a whole property.
One question sorts it: does the sign need installing, or is it for a whole property? Then it is a custom project. Do you know what you want and just need it shipped? Then order online.

- Design it in Vector Studio: start from a style or a theme, upload your own artwork, or ask Vector, Brand 9's AI design agent, for a layout.
- Review the proof and approve it. Every order is produced exactly as you approve it.
- Pay at checkout and we ship it to you. Sign in to keep your designs and reorder later.

- We walk the site and map every sign the project needs.
- Brand 9 designs the signs and sends a written proposal.

Questions about ordering
Can I order a monument or community entrance sign online?
No. Monuments, entrance features, wayfinding systems and building signs start with a site walk, because they depend on the site, the structure and the permits. Book one online or call (904) 272-3395; we call back within 15 minutes during business hours.
What can I order online?
Yard signs, vinyl banners, A-frame sidewalk signs, aluminum, ACM, PVC, foam board and acrylic signs, window, wall, floor and vehicle graphics, car magnets, posters, canvas and business cards, plus logo design with the Logo Designer. You see the price as you build and pay at checkout; there is no quote step.
Do online orders ship outside Florida?
Yes. Online orders ship to any US address. Most printed signs and graphics print in 1 to 3 business days; A-frames are built in our Orange Park shop.
Do I need my own design?
No. Online, every product opens in Vector Studio, where you can design it yourself, start from a style or theme, upload your artwork, or ask Vector, Brand 9's AI design agent. For custom projects, Brand 9 designs the sign program with you.
I'm not sure which way fits my sign. What should I do?
Call (904) 272-3395 or email team@brand9signs.com and tell us what the sign is for, where it goes and how many you need. If it needs installing or covers a whole property, it is a custom project; if you know what you want and need it shipped, it is an online order.
