Description

New York City HOPE Wall Art, Made to Order:

New York City HOPE is a dimensional wall piece built in our Orange Park, Florida shop — layered acrylic and glass, hand-carved and hand-painted by the same crew that builds our signs. The subject is the city itself and the HOPE sculpture that has become shorthand for it. Homeowners, offices and corporate interiors commission these one at a time, sized to the wall they are going on. Commissioned pieces start at $2,500, and the price moves with the size, the depth of the carve and the number of layers.

Every piece is made by hand, one at a time. We cut and carve the acrylic and glass ourselves, build the layers up so light moves through the edges, and hand-paint the faces in our own booth. No two come out identical — the depth of a carve and the weight of a brush stroke differ every time, which is the point. Times Square color or Central Park green, the palette is settled with you before work starts.

Embodying the Spirit of New York City:

New York reads as energy — the street grid, the height, the mix of people — and a dimensional piece on your wall carries some of that into a living room or a lobby. Because each one is made to order, the composition can be sized to your wall, keyed to your colors, and lettered with a word that means something to you rather than HOPE. Tell us the dimensions and the room, and we will draw it up.
