The everyday signs a community goes through every month (directional yard signs, riders, banners, magnets and A-frames) priced online and reordered from your account. Monuments, entry signs and wayfinding stay with your Brand 9 project team.
How reordering works
Design once. Reorder when the lot numbers change.
- Create an account with your work email.You sign in with a code sent to your email, so there is no password to share or forget. Each sales manager can have their own account.
- Design it once in Vector Studio, or upload your approved artwork.Save your brand kit (brand color and contact details) and it fills in on every design, on any device you sign in on. Your designs stay private to your account.
- Reorder from your account page.Every order sits on your account with “Order this again”, which opens the same design. Change a phone number, a price or a lot number, approve it, and it goes to print.
- Ship it to the sales center.Save each community’s address on your account. Most printed signs print in 1–3 business days and ship to any US address.

Reordering, answered
Can each sales center have its own account?
Yes. An account belongs to one email address, so each sales manager or community keeps their own designs, addresses and orders.
Can we keep our approved designs?
Yes. Designs made in Vector Studio are saved to your account, private to you, and “Order this again” on any past order opens the same design.
What still needs a site walk?
Entry monuments, amenity and community wayfinding, model-home packages and anything that needs installing. Those are designed, built and installed by Brand 9’s own team and priced by proposal. See the homebuilder program.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders start at $35.
